1. Where we ship
We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and ship worldwide. Some items (such as export pallets and sourced-to-order goods) are quoted with delivery arranged individually.
2. Processing time
In-stock orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order and brokered items follow the timeline agreed at the time of order.
3. Delivery estimates
UAE deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 business days. International deliveries typically take 7-14 business days depending on destination and customs. These are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Free worldwide shipping applies on orders over AED 400, unless stated otherwise for oversized or freight items.
5. Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Tracking
Where available, a tracking reference is shared once your order ships.
7. Delays and undeliverable orders
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond our control. If an order cannot be delivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
